𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘. From 2027 it will take one more month to retire while from 2028 the months more than the current ones will be three: the INPS clarifies this on the basis of what the budget law for 2026 provides for 2026 and the rules on the adaptation of the requirements for retirement to life expectancy. In practice, to retire from old age in 2027 it will be necessary to have reached 67 years and one month of age while to go into early retirement it will take 42 years and 11 months of contributions if men and 41 years and 11 months if women. The increase for the old-age pension in the two-year period 2027/2028 does not apply to those who are engaged in exhausting work or in tiring and heavy activities with at least 30 years of contributions. Those who are entirely in the contribution system and have not reached at least 20 years of contributions (but have at least 5) will retire at 71 years and one month of age.
