REVOLTONS — one of the most enduring and uncompromising forces in the Italian metal scene, with over twenty years of history behind them — are about to unveil their seventh chapter: Seventh Act of a Death Foretold, out June 27, 2026 on Elevate Records, CD Digipack.
But before the full album lands, here's a first taste: on June 6th, "Loop Guardians" drops as the lead single, complete with an official lyric video.
Seven acts. Twenty years of history. A new beginning. 🤘

And today we present to you an episode of the GIAN podcast (tnx Gian Cassandra) dedicated to our Salvo Vecchio, whose album ASTRA we have just introduced.

Salvo Vecchio is the founding guitarist of Ivory, one of Italy's most respected melodic hard rock bands. A guitarist and composer from Turin, he is one of the most recognizable figures in the Italian metal and rock scene, known for his personal touch, unmistakable melodic sensibility, and technique always at the service of emotion. More recently, he launched Shady Lane band alongside Ivory bassist Luca Bernazzi — a melodic progressive metal project on Underground Symphony Records whose debut There and Back dropped in March 2025. With ASTRA, he steps into new territory with a fully instrumental guitar album that moves between moments of raw rock intensity and more suspended, atmospheric passages.
