A bowl built around the season, where every ingredient earns its place.
A few years ago, a Dutch customer left us her personal recommendations of specialty coffee roasters to try in the Netherlands. One of the names was A Matter of Concrete (AMOC), the Rotterdam roastery founded by Rob Clarijs, winner of Coffee Masters London 2019.
A few months later, we placed our first order, and AMOC quickly became one of our favourite roasters. We loved their coffees, their approach to roasting and the incredible space they call home at the Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam.
A few years later, during a visit to their roastery, we started working together on what would become our house coffee.
Today, our house coffee is roasted by AMOC in Rotterdam. You’ll also find a rotating selection of their coffees on the menu at Barnum
