Emmanuele Pomiato is an Analog IC Designer at Move Silicon, where he develops schematics to implement the functionality of the circuit blocks assigned to him. Starting from technical specifications, he works in close synergy with colleagues to ensure each block integrates seamlessly into the broader system architecture. His role involves exploring and selecting the most effective circuit topologies to meet design requirements and application targets.

What drives him?

The opportunity to constantly explore new topologies, technologies, and applications. For Emmanuele, variety is one of the most stimulating aspects of analog design: every new project creates space for technical research, continuous learning, and direct knowledge exchange with colleagues. He values the collaborative nature of the work, where discussion and idea-sharing are essential. Working in a dynamic and young environment also supports continuous growth, both from a technical and human perspective.
