We are proud to welcome NumNum to the Valueable Network as a Silver Label member, recognising its commitment to inclusive employment.

Today we meet Paul and Julie, two members of the team at the five-star Conrad Dublin.

Paul works front of house as a porter. He welcomes guests and helps bring their luggage to their rooms.

Julie is part of the chef’s team. She works in the kitchen, preparing food for the hotel’s guests.

The Conrad Dublin employs six adults with Down syndrome and also runs a Barista Academy in partnership with Down Syndrome Ireland.

The hotel joined the Valueable network in 2025 and holds Silver accreditation.

Paul and Julie show us what inclusion at work looks like in everyday practice: having a role, contributing to the team and being recognised for your work.

Inclusion starts with the words we choose.
The language we use shapes the culture we build.
Small shifts in vocabulary move us from tolerance to true belonging.

At La Formation Gourmande in Sainte-Hermine, France, students learn in a working restaurant, developing practical skills in cooking and service under the guidance of experienced trainers, while building confidence and preparing for employment.

“We believe in everyone’s potential.”

It is a belief shared also by Valueable: everyone deserves the opportunity to develop their talents and find their place in the hospitality sector.

Assumptions Vs Reality!

Assumptions: hiring someone with an intellectual disability means extra risk and extra work.
Reality: They become one of the most reliable people!

July is Disability Pride Month.🧡

In July 1990, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law. Since then, this month has celebrated disability as a natural part of human diversity, not something to hide or fix, but something to value.

At Valueable, we believe that pride is also built through opportunity. Every day, we work to help create workplaces where everyone has the chance to learn, contribute, and belong.
Inclusion isn't a concession, it's recognition.
Work is a right, not a reward.

The RomeHello is GOLD!!🏆

We are happy to announce that The RomeHello in Rome has achieved the Gold Valueable Certification, our highest recognition for inclusive workplaces.

Matteo Girotta and Luca Di Franco started their journey through traineeships and are now employed with permanent contracts. Behind this achievement there is an entire team that believed in inclusion, trained together, and made it part of everyday hospitality.

And the golden touch?
The RomeHello also helped expand the Valueable community by welcoming iQ Hotel Milano into the network. An important step toward creating more inclusive workplaces across hospitality.
Because true hospitality means creating opportunities for everyone.
