Olio Taibi

Block Party! 🇮🇹💚 🎉

First tasting at brand new Eataly store in Canada! Cc: Eataly Toronto

Look no further for the perfect high-quality gifts this season, Eataly's got you covered! Meet Olio Taibi - Since 1867 the Taibi family has been growing olives and making olive oil in their estate in Agrigento, Sicily. They currently produce two types of Sicilian extra virgin olive oil: Binacolilla (perfect on dishes that are typically paired with white wine) and Nocellara (recommended for most dishes paired with red wines). Shop Olio Taibi and other high-quality products in our Holiday Market this season!

One of the most succesful and fun Olio Taibi tastings (aka demo) at Eataly Boston with the help of the great Stefano Salimbeni! Grazie Stefano!! 🙏🏼

Did you visit this week and pick up a bottle of our Biancolilla? Just a regular week in November and not shouldering the weight of holiday cooking? Then you’ll want this easy showcase for our fruity Biancolilla with your dinner. Toss the butter and level up your garlic bread!
