The first yummy one is called Yellow Curd! 😋
To make this delicious food , you need to mix minced garlic, yoghurt and spices together to make a dough. Afterwards we put a clean cloth on the dough and put it aside. After two days, a little yoghurt is added to the dough and it is kneaded and covered by the cloth again. Before the dough gets dry, it should be kneaded so firmly to change to the powder. Now the yummy yellow curd is ready! 😋😋😋
Next is , a local 🍪, which is one of superb local foods in Sistan Baluchestan particularly . To make this fresh bread, dough is shaped to wide strips after getting kneaded alot, then the strips are rolled and put in a copper pot which is greased and after heating the pot , the delicious bread is ready to be eaten up!😋 You can have this wonderful bread as a main meal!
