Rajju Shroff ROFEL University successfully organized a one-week Management Development Program (MDP) on Artificial Intelligence, sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) and the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

The program was coordinated by Dr. Aabha Singhvi & Prof. Tejas Rohit and convened by Dr. Kedar Shukla, who played a key role in organizing and guiding the sessions throughout the week.

The objective of the program was to provide participants with valuable insights into Artificial Intelligence and its applications in today’s business and technological landscape. During the week, participants engaged in interactive sessions, discussions, and practical learning experiences.

The program concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, where participants were appreciated for their active participation and successful completion of the program.

This initiative reflects the university’s continuous efforts to promote innovation, skill development, and industry-oriented learning.

A seminar on the topic “Think Like a CFO: Opportunities for MBAs in the Digital Economy” was conducted on 13 February 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The session aimed to provide MBA students with insights into the evolving role of financial leadership in the digital era. The session was coordinated by Prof. Adwitiya Acharya, in her subject Corporate Finance- around 80 students from FY MBA Semester 2 participated  
The seminar was delivered by esteemed speakers, CA Ketan Prajapati Sir and Mr. Ashish Parekh Sir, Founder of Chips & Bytes. Both speakers brought a wealth of industry experience and shared valuable perspectives on how MBA graduates can align their skills with the demands of the digital economy.

CA Ketan Prajapati emphasized the importance of thinking strategically like a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), highlighting key financial concepts, decision-making skills, and the role of data-driven insights in modern business environments. He explained how financial professionals today must go beyond traditional accounting and actively contribute to business strategy and growth.

Mr. Ashish Parekh focused on the impact of digital transformation on businesses and the emerging opportunities for MBA students. He discussed how technology, data analytics, and digital tools are reshaping industries, creating new roles and expectations for management professionals. He also encouraged students to develop adaptability, technological awareness, and innovative thinking to stay competitive in the job market.

The session was interactive and engaging, with students actively participating and gaining practical knowledge from real-world examples shared by the speakers. The seminar successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Overall, the seminar was highly insightful and beneficial for MBA students. It provided a deeper understanding of the CFO mindset and highlighted the vast opportunities available in the digital economy for aspiring management professionals.
