A serene beach village and popular weekend getaway situated on the Konkan coast in Maharashtra, renowned for its 3 km stretch of clean white sand, lush green surroundings.

Best time to visit - Peak season is between October to March, weather is cooler during these months.

Food - I preferred Sagar tourist homestay for traditional konkani veg ghargatu khana 9/10

Stay - I stayed at Atithi(walking distance from beach)little pricey but decent homestay is available @1000

Visit Murud-Janjira Fort : A majestic, unconquered 17th-century sea fort located about 20 km from Kashid 8/10

P.S. Sunset at the beach is still on the top of list of 'things to do in Kashid' 11/10
