I save clothes to mend for the end of the day, like I save the last bite of my favourite food on my plate.
Planted on the bed now fixing - my mind wanders,
I may take break to jot down, things I tried to remember all day but can only recall now.
Ironically, as the stitches come together (crowding the fabric) my mind only simplifies.
Oh, I took one stitch bigger than another, but never-mind, because mending is forgiving.

The first of the collection — born from a simple idea, to frame an embroidered patch at the front.
That thought shaped the overlap style, unfolding naturally as we worked.
We stayed with our signature pleating and explored new stitches — dots, lines, small motifs that held everything together.
