One of the guest who booked for two nights stay was allowed to check in with one day payment and rest at the time of check out , suddenly on the second day morning at the check out time he forced to check out by not making payment to which hotel management did not allow as the reason was nothing with hotel but the guests change of plan. When hotel asked for money guest started making all possible nuisances to avoid same and to the extent of using slang derogatory languages to our staffs. He threatened to lodhe a FIR in police station with false allegations keeping the family ladies as complainant. With due respect to all our guests, we understand that there would be 5/10% of the guests who would be of some mentality which is not stable ones and they come out of their home to create nuisances and trouble for all including themselves...however here the guest involved is absolute insane and lowly unstable person. He has no morale, no respect for people and his own family and for saving money illogically can go to any extent. Sharing his views and mental instability here with the mobile number ( though we give highest regards to the guest confidentiality always ) reflecting intentionally.
