The journey of FishFanatics has always been defined by the incredible support of our community. While practical challenges led us to temporarily suspend our retail operations, we have used that time to pivot, refine our vision, and prepare for a significant comeback.
We are officially ready to begin our next phase, and we are currently seeking a suitable facility for Food Processing Unit within our City.
We are looking for a space that meets standard food safety requirements. If you have any leads or connections regarding industrial or commercial rentals, we would deeply appreciate your recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Area: 800 to 1200 sqft
2. Location: preferably any property in Karve Nagar, Kothrud to Baner or property across the Pune-Bangalore highway, from Warje to Baner
3. Ground floor, Lower or upper basement with drainage and water facility.
4. Construction: RCC... GI sheets’ roof is fine
5. Must have water and drainage facilities
