We are thrilled to announce that Life-Lab has had a successful year in terms of our impact and growth:

We have:

1. Set up 250+ Science Labs, Trained 1000 + Science & Math Teachers over 3150 hours & created a memorable STEM learning experience for 51,000 + children in 11 Indian states.

2. With the help of 500 + Corporate Volunteers, developed 650 + competency based Lesson Plans & over 11,000 + MCQs aligned with NEP 2020

3. Expanded the portfolio to set up over 100 + Libraries & 65+ Math Labs.

4. Published 6 Science Graphic Novels supported by & India Foundation. To order copies, write in the comment.

5. Launched LIFE APP (beta) - a project-based learning app where children can Solve ‘Missions’, Earn ‘Coins’ and Win ‘Prizes’.

6. Completed the pilot of a successful Campaign - "Har Ghar Balloon Car" where 5000 + Godrej Volunteers made Balloon Cars with 15000 + children across 70 Indian locations & 20 International Locations

✅“Har Ghar Balloon Car Challenge”✅

Godrej Global Volunteering Week 2022, a Godrej Group initiative in association with Life-Lab made Science Learning Fun and Engaging through a fun Balloon Car experiment.

The “Har Ghar Balloon Car Challenge” not only helped children understand foundational concepts in physics like Newton’s Laws of Motion, Speed, Momentum etc, but also encouraged Curiosity and fostered a Culture of Science in them.

Celebrating the heroes of Life Lab who made sure, 15000+ Balloon Car kits are produced in a record time of 7 days & shipped to 70+ National & 16 International Locations.

It is the spirit of volunteering that has inspired us to empower 15,000 children in 70 villages and cities in India and six countries in the world with the Challenge.

Anusha, a 7th Grade student from Govt. Higher Primary School, Doddahullur, Hoskote saw “Har Ghar Balloon Car” as an opportunity. She downloaded the LIFE APP, uploaded her balloon car & made herself eligible to win the cycle 😊

And, the rest as they say is History!

When she saw her brand-new ladybird, tears couldn’t stop rolling from her eyes.

On Day 7 of the “Har Ghar Balloon Car”, meet Anusha & her free-spirited mother, Pratibha. Anusha’s story is the story of her mother, who is raising Anusha & her older sister as a single parent; & despite all economic odds continues to provide her daughters with an excellent education.

In a small way, Anusha could support herself with her educational needs making her mother really proud of her.

*LIFE APP (in Beta Phase) is a project-based learning APP where children can solve missions & win exciting prizes which can potentially bridge the gaps that prevent a child from continuing excellent education.

As a tribute to 🇦🇷Argentina🇦🇷 reaching Semis of FIFA Worldcup⚽️, Life-Lab’s ‘Har Ghar Balloon Car Challenge’ reaches Argentina on Day 5 of its 11 day campaign.

The campaign aims to build Science as an Attitude in 15k+ children across the world in collaboration with 5000 Godrej Group employee Volunteers.

Day 3 of the ‘Har Ghar Balloon Car’ Challenge and Children learn 55+ concepts of Physics like Distance, Displacement, Momentum, Newton’s laws of Motion, Pressure, Force, Work, Energy & so on by making a simple Balloon Car.

The Har Ghar Balloon Car challenge is Life-Lab's campaign to build Science as an Attitude in 15k+ children across the world in 11days (6th to 16th Dec) in collaboration with 5000 Godrej Group employee Volunteers.

It's Day 2 of the Godrej Global Volunteering Week and 100+ Godrej employees across locations of Bari Brahmana in J&K and Bhind in Madhya Pradesh.

Research has established that play-based learning has the potential to leap-frog learning and enhance the confidence levels of children. The Har Ghar Balloon Car challenge is Life-Lab's campaign to build Science as an Attitude in 15k+ children across the world in 11days (6th to 16th Dec) in collaboration with 5000 Godrej Group employee Volunteers.
