Key Responsibilities:
• BE Mechanical Engineer with NDT Level II Certification in RT, DPT & VT.
• Handle ASME "U" Stamp audits and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Customers, TPI, AI & NOBO for QC activities.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, TEMA, "U" Stamp, BPE & IS Standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as per QAP and job requirements.
• Carry out stage inspections for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Reactors as per QAP and customer requirements.

Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

🚀 We're Hiring | Sr. Engineer – Quality (Welding)

Job Description:

• BE Mechanical Engineer with CSWIP Welding Inspector Certification.
• Monitoring and witnessing of welding (GTW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW, MIG) as per approved WPS.
• Witnessing & preparing Welding Procedure Qualification as per WPS and its tests as per ASME, AWS & EN Standards.
• Witnessing & preparing Welder Qualification Tests for SS, CS & Exotic Materials.
• Qualification of Tube-to-Tube Sheet Joint through a Mock-up Test as per ASME & TEMA Standards.
• Capable of carrying out inspection from start to end as per approved QAP and customer requirements for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Reactors.

Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Qualification:
• BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Read and verify engineering drawings and BOM.
• Coordinate with Sales and Design teams for corrections.
• Raise raw material requisitions and follow up on delays.
• Monitor CNC and machine shop job progress daily.
• Plan production and long lead-time activities.
• Maintain job cards and contractor work schedules.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards, welding, and MOC.
• Plan hydro testing and coordinate inspections with QC and Assembly.
• Raise inspection requests via email.
• Manage the job from planning to dispatch.
• Visit vendors for outsourced work when required.
• Provide daily job status updates to the Manager.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• DME / BE Mechanical
• 1 to 2 years’ experience of in-house production
• 3-4 yrs experience in outsourcing jobs
