🚀 ACME Supplies 4.6 KL Inoculator Vessel with Agitator for 4G Ethanol Project
ACME Process Systems Pvt. Ltd. has successfully supplied an Inoculator Vessel (4.6 KL) along with an agitator to one of our valued clients working on an advanced 4G ethanol project.
🌱 This innovative technology produces fuel by converting industrial CO₂ emissions and green hydrogen into ethanol using engineered microbes and gas fermentation, a sustainable, non-food-based pathway. Notably, this is part of India’s first commercial 4G ethanol project, targeting a production capacity of 10 TPD.
🔍 Key Insights on 4G Ethanol:
• Feedstock: Utilizes captured CO₂ (flue gas) and green hydrogen instead of crops, biomass, or algae
• Technology: Gas fermentation using engineered microorganisms to convert CO₂ into ethanol
• Process: CO₂ is captured from industries, combined with green hydrogen, and processed in bioreactors
• Environmental Impact: Acts as a carbon recycling solution, significantly reducing emissions
