Yoga is the practice. Nutrition is the fuel. π§ββοΈπI recently had the honor of conducting a deep-dive lecture series on Nutrition in Yoga Therapy for a group of dedicated teachers.

When my daughter craves pasta, and I stumble upon fresh Basil in our kitchen garden, we get creative and whip up some delicious pesto spaghetti! πΏπ
Just as I was lost in the pasta feast, the Nutritionist inside me woke up, reminding me of the importance of a balanced meal. So, to complement the spaghetti, I decided to create a vibrant salad. π₯
I tossed together a variety of crisp, garden-fresh veggies and drizzled them with a touch of extra virgin olive oil for that perfect taste. π Additionally, I sautΓ©ed some flavorful mushrooms and paneer on the side to add protein and fiber to the meal. ππ§
