Their very first scheme in the heart of the city, Pinnacle Apartments was a success. The company was poised for flight in the real estate arena, with confidence, competence and panache. The old, traditional ‘waadas’ in the heart of the city were transformed into modern, space efficient residential structures. In a short span, Pinnacle had completed more than 25 re-development projects with more than 700 satisfied homeowners. This unprecedented growth was empowered by the quintessential Pinnacle values, innovation, flawless master planning, precision and persistence. The Group set out on an everlasting, eternally enriching quest for perfection and in the process, accumulating experience, insights, customer trust and matchless credibility. In 2005 Pinnacle Constro & Ecohomes came in to existence and spread its wings outside the core city. A stunning example of that was Brookside. Brookside was one of its kind visionary creation spread out over a huge breezy expense, Overlooking the winding Pune Bangalore highway. A stately 11 Story structure with lavish apartment and penthouses, Brookside was adorned with the most luxurious amenities and became Pinnacle’s Proud offering in the top end market.
