This week, we at TiE Pune hosted an Interactive Breakfast Session with N Dharmadhikari, who brought together founders to dive deep into the real challenges of scaling up.
The session was packed with practical insights — from navigating team growth and evolving leadership roles to identifying the right growth levers at the right time. Mr. Dharmadhikari’s candid sharing and peer inputs made it a space for honest reflection and actionable takeaways.
