It's a day to express your gratitude to her,
Here by HER, I don't just mean to your biological mother
Who gave birth to you,
She is the one who took care of you in the absence of your mom,
She is the one who use to hide your naughty mischiefs from mum,
She is the one who sacrificed numerous things, just for you,
She is the one who used to slap you badly and at the same time used to love you unconditionally,
Mom is not the word to be defined as a biological birth giver,
It relates to those ladies
Who cares for you like your mom
Who heals your wounds in the absence of your mom,
Who hides you in her lap, arms to make you feel that you are safe,
She is the one who holds the divine power within her own self,
Smilingly conveys you that she is all good,
yet her eyes reveal everything,
Burns yet shines brightly.

Often, in the life we become so much oblivious to the inner potential of ours that we spend most of our times focusing on our weaknesses rather than building our own strength.

On a very hectic day, I got a call from an unknown no. and got to know about the next person as a businessman based out of Pune , who had been suffering from stress, depression and what not.

He asked me to coach him and then on a fine a day we thought to have a face to face meeting and have discussion about the impediments he has in his life that have been hindering his own control over his life.

After three round of F2F meeting, we both figured out the impediments which are as below -

1. Overthinking about even the right happening of his life
2. Unawareness of the inner potential of his own self.
3. Being unable to let go
4. Stuck with a single stuff adamantly which is hindering his inner potential to do better in life.
5. Unable to get out of habits which have been affecting his life adversely.

Overthinking and thinking carry primarily one difference -

Overthinking takes you towards the darker side of life whereas thinkin calmly takes you towards the desired better life.

These are not the issues which I heard from him for the first time. I've heard similar impediments from almost each coachee whom I've coached till now.

I've a question for you in this regards, what do you do to overcome the issues listed above?
