👥 The John Deere ETEC Team members - Jan Aschbacher, Philipp Rupprecht, Marc Rossnagel, Veeresh Charamurthimath, Avinash Dandekar, Deepak Popalghat, Pradeep Kurade, and Deepak S — visited our facility to gain insights into our manufacturing capabilities, advanced machinery, and operational processes.
🏭 During the visit, we showcased our plant infrastructure, demonstrated live projects, and shared details of successfully completed projects, highlighting our commitment to quality, innovation, and precision engineering.

💁♂️ Raptech Engineering successfully delivered three Bogie Hearth Furnace systems to a leading steel industry client. ⚙️🔥 The scope included manufacturing critical components such as the furnace with door assembly, rail structure, and bogie structure. 🏭
The complete system spans 50 meters in length and weighs approximately 100 tons, engineered to handle loads of up to 300 tons. 📏⚖️ Each component has been fabricated to withstand high temperatures for extended operating periods, ensuring durability and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
A key highlight of the project was the manufacturing of a precision Rack and Pinion mechanism, enabling smooth and reliable bogie movement during furnace operations. ⚙️🔩
🏗️🔧This project demonstrates Raptech’s strong capabilities in executing large-scale heavy fabrication projects, supported by state-of-the-art machining, laser cutting, and advanced fabrication facilities.
