Ingredients
For thecha
1 tsp oil
2-3 tbsp peanuts
5-6 garlic cloves
2 green chilies (you can add more as per taste)
30-40 gms fresh coriander
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of half lemon
For rice
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup julienne of carrot
1/2 cup sliced mixed bell peppers
100 gms paneer
2-3 tbsp prepared thecha
1 cup leftover boiled rice
Fresh coriander
Salt as per taste
Juice of half lemon
2-3 tbsp spring onion greens
For cucumber mint raita
1 cup curd
1/4 cup grated cucumber
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Sugar (optional)
