Days ago we completed a project on a Indian Temple i.e Kulaswami Khanderay Mandir. Which included alot of complex geometric structures which is mainly the main Dome (Kalas), the floor separation golden strips. Small sized kalas & much more. We completed these work in a very tight deadline, a very challenging task it was for us. But it helped us to twist down all capability & to push work force to the next level.
Note: We ONLY completed the golden colour 3D printed parts on the temple and not the whole temple with other decoratives, this temple was designed & made by our client DREAM MAKERS who work into Architectural model making.

An MJF 3D printed part!
As architectural design are very intricate & has complex geometry for such challenging 3D printing we made our way to get that part printed in latest MJF technology.
MJF which means Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing which uses an inkjet array to selectively apply fusing and detailing agents across a bed of nylon powder, which are then fused by heating elements into a solid layer. After each layer, powder is distributed on top of the bed and the process repeats until the part is complete.
Material used Nylon PA12.

An 10 year old equalizer was missing out of switch buttons, so we designed a new same look-alike part into 3D cad software, printed it on our high tech machines, painted it carefully & there it is!! The machine is back to its normal life. Soothing people with is outmost performance!

Reviving a Vintage Sound: Our team brought a 40-year-old music recorder back to life by crafting a custom replacement part using cutting-edge 3D printing technology. Faced with the challenge of an obsolete component, we designed the missing piece in 3D software and then brought it to reality through our advanced 3D printers. Now, the music recorder can play on for generations to come, blending nostalgia with innovation.
