GFP Chief Vijai Sardesai, along with State Executive Member Kadar Shah and General Secretary (Org) Durgadas Kamat, held a crucial meeting with members of the GFP Minority Cell today. GFP Chief Vijai Sardesai heard the community’s grievances and assured prompt action to address their concerns. He also announced a major revamp of the GFP Minority Cell within a week to strengthen its representation in the party.

A historic first for Goa. A new beginning for Fatorda.

On Goa Statehood Day, GFP Chief and Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai inaugurated the Fatorda Social Club, along with Padma Shri & Arjuna Awardee Brahmanand Shankwalkar, Arjuna Awardee Bruno Coutinho, Dronacharya Awardee Armando Colaco, Mahesh Dessai, President Goa Cricket Association, Chetan Dessai Ex President Goa Cricket Association, Akbar Mulla GCA Treasurer, Audrey Menezes National Pickleball Gold Medalist, Savio Medeira Current Head of Youth Development Bengaluru FC, Gaurav Dukle, and Fatorda Councillors. This is the first time in Goa that private land has been dedicated for public sports and community use.

With world-class facilities including football, cricket pitches, pickleball courts, a walking track, and an open gym, this club is a gift to every Fatordekar, from young athletes to senior citizens.
