Ongoing Villa project : From virtual to reality

Nestled in the charming village of Sangolda, our latest architectural design is a contemporary twist on Goa's iconic sloping roofs. This single-story residence is thoughtfully interspersed with five courtyards, paying homage to the region's climate and architectural heritage.



The design features interconnected monolithic structures that come together in a stunning colonnaded living pavilion, offering serene views of the pool. Each courtyard serves as a tranquil oasis, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living spaces.

This is an evolving design in its conceptual phase.

Casa de Cocum - one important feature of the site is the Kokum tree which made a lasting impact on the design. The impact was such that we wanted the tree to be an integral part of the design. This beautiful vibrant Kokum tree has been retained to form the focal point of the central pool and deck area. Such has been its impact on the project that it has lent its name to the home.
