57 year old male known case of CKD on dialysis with dysfunctional left brachiocepahlic AV fistula.

For this patient we did left brachiocepahlic AV fistuloplasty.

Post AV fistuloplasty very good flow seen in the fistula and in the vein.

Red arrow represent brachial artery, blue arrow represent stenosed cephalic vein. Black arrow represent cephalic vein post angioplasty.

Case No. 102.

64 year old female with non healing surgical wound post transmetatarsal (TMT) amputation.

Pre angio showed occlusion of distal anterior tibial artery and dorsal pedis artery

For this patient we did anterior tibial artery and dorsal pedis artery angioplasty (red arrow).

“ Hopefully her wound heal n she will start walking again” 🤞🏻

Case No. 101. Transjugular liver biopsy (TJLB).

34 year old male came with yellowish discolouration of skin n urine and ascites .LFT test was suggestive of acute liver decompensation/ liver failure. INR was 2.2.

So we did transjugular liver biopsy for evaluating underlying etiology.

Blue arrow represent right hepatic vein and black arrow represent biopsy needle.

Case No. 100.

47 year old male with non healing in the sole ( marked by black arrow in DSA image).

Pre angio showed occlusion of distal posterior tibial artery and medial plantar artery.

For this patient we did distal posterior tibial artery and medial plantar artery angioplasty.

Post procedure good flow seen in the area of wound on DSA.

Good evening everyone……this week I completed 1000 major vascular cases in GMC, Goa in last 4 years (more then 800 cases in odd times after 5 pm due of lack of dedicated IR cathlab till October 2023)….. it was a wonderful journey. M thankful to god, my patients n there relatives, all seniors and cathlab staff who helped me always……thank you everyone…..😊😊😊😊
