Some books you don't just read, you live them.

I started "Can We Be Strangers Again?" by Shrijeet Shandilya thinking it was just another love story, but it left me with a crumpled tissue and a heavy heart on a cafe table.

It’s about that one person you can never truly forget, no matter how hard you try. That painful question we all have asked at some point - can we go back to being strangers? Because being strangers is easier than being strangers with memories.

If you have ever loved someone deeply, lost them, and still check their last seen... this book will break you and heal you at the same time. Highly recommended, but keep some tissues close.

We are often so busy making someone else glow loving them more, caring for them more, giving them all our time and energy that we slowly, unknowingly, leave ourselves behind.

We forget that we too need love. That we too need rest. That we too deserve to be chosen.

It's not selfish to make yourself a priority; it's necessary. You cannot pour from an empty cup, and you cannot keep lighting up someone else's world while your own world goes dark.

So take a moment for yourself. Heal yourself. Choose yourself. Love yourself a little more loudly.

Because this life, this show, won't wait forever. And before all the golden doors of time, of chance, of youth, of opportunities close, make sure you lived not just for someone else, but also for the beautiful soul that is YOU.

Soar. Soar as high as your dreams will take you.

Let your ambition have no ceiling, let your flight be fearless and limitless. Chase that towering height, because you were never meant to live small. But as you rise, remember this height means nothing if you lose yourself getting there.

True greatness is not just about how far you go, but about what you carry with you. Never lose sight of your roots, for they are the soil that gave you strength to bloom. Never forget your culture, for it is the story that shaped your soul. Never turn away from your people, for they are the ones who held you before the world knew your name. And never, ever abandon your core your values, your humility, your truth.

The world will applaud your flight, but your legacy will be defined by how grounded you remained at the top. Like these delicate white flowers standing tall in the mist and rain beautiful not just because they bloomed, but because they bloomed without forgetting where they came from.

Rise high, but stay rooted. That is the real flight.

We all wait for light in our own dark days, but true happiness comes when you become that light for someone else.

A kind word, a small help, just being there, you never know whose darkest night you are lighting up. And in that act of giving, something beautiful happens. The darkness inside you also starts to fade.

The more you light up others, the brighter your own life becomes.

This world has no mercy for a sorrowful face. It notices your sadness before it notices your strength, and it will take advantage of it.

So learn to guard your heart. Feel everything in private, heal in silence, but face the world with a smile. Your smile is not fake, it is your armor. It tells life, you can bring odd phases, but you cannot break me.

Your mind will bargain with you.

On some days it will say, "rest a little, you deserve to be soft today."

And on those days, discipline is not being harsh with yourself, it's being honest with yourself. It's revolting against the comfortable excuse and choosing what your future self needs over what your present mind wants.

Anyone can be disciplined when it's easy.
The real climb begins on the days you want to quit.

Keep climbing.

The most peaceful life begins when you shift your expectations.

Expecting from others only brings disappointment, because you can't control how they act, love, or show up for you. But expecting from yourself? That brings growth. That brings power.

When you start expecting more from yourself — more discipline, more kindness, more effort, more healing — you stop waiting for someone else to make you happy. You become your own source of joy.

Let others be who they are. And let yourself become everything you were meant to be.

They cross every limit of passion,
those who become stubborn to reach their destination.

It's not talent that takes you to your goal, it's that one stubborn _zid_ inside you. The world will tell you it's too far, too hard, too impossible, but when you decide that you WILL reach there, no matter what, you automatically find the courage to break every boundary.

Be that stubborn.

They had met on this same beach, ten years ago.

Aarav was leaving the city for good. A new job, a new country. And Meera had come to say goodbye. They sat on the same two old chairs, a small lantern between them, just like tonight. The moon was out then too.

"Time is so cruel, isn't it?" Meera had said that night.

Now, after ten years of separate lives, of jobs, cities, other people, they were here again. A chance meeting. A forwarded message that said "I am in town for a night."

No big plans. Just the beach.

Aarav looked at her and smiled, "Do you remember what you said? Pace of the time moves often with the flow. It is impossible to stop it."

Meera laughed, the same laugh. "We tried so hard to hold on to everything back then."

The sea whispered as it always had. The sand was cold. They walked for a while, hand in hand, not as lovers, but as two people who knew each other's solitude. The solitude of mountains they had both crossed alone.

"Will we meet again?" she asked quietly.

He didn't have an answer. Perhaps in this lifetime they would meet again, perhaps they would be forgotten in each other's stories. Who knows if bonds remain intact or not?

"Let's not think about that," he said. He lit the small lantern he had brought. "Let's just pause. For a while. Right here, in the midst of these showers and waves."

And so they did. They didn't talk about the future or the past. They just sat, capturing a few rare moments, living one last eve in the shadows and shades, with the sea as their only witness.

Because some stories are not meant to last forever. They are just meant to be lived, completely, for one beautiful evening.
