Since long i haven't added to this group..

Real estate broking is market where hard work, focus, perseverance, dedication, honesty, ethics, loyalty are of utmost importance.

I've noticed that some people think that ohhh...One just has to sell a property from owner to buyer and take money and walk away.....

However, a big NO to that thought..

A good broker will not take many clients at a time and will work relentlessly for right property with regards to the reason of the buyer purchasing the property.
It's a long haul.
Starts with:
1. Total understanding of want.
2. Capping budgets.
3. Recces with potential buyer not limiting to just few places, however helping them also see new localities so the horizon widens.
4. Due diligence at own expense.
5. Working with expert and domestic land experts/property lawyers.
6. Showcasing final selections.
7. Introduction of buyers and sellers, without the thought that they might get together and one might be sidelined. (Believe me, it never happens).
8. Keeping in mind that the deal should be fair for both buyer and seller regardless of one's representation.
9. After sales help to either parties with all kinds of documentation, if asked.
10. Introduction of various agencies which could help buyers with varied works within the property, if required.
11. Finally n most importantly is inviting the buyer or seller who by now is a friend for a private lunch/dinner to celebrate their purchase/Sale...

Well, the reason for this post out of the blue is because Real Estate Broking needs good hardworking and ethical people to work not for just their own profits however first for the person they are representing..
