Replaced an old metal ceramic bridge with a fully ceramic (layered zirconia) one. Our end result- matching gum levels (gingival zeniths), symmetric teeth, no dark gum discoloration, and a broader, brighter smile!

Replacing old crowns on a timely basis is important not just for esthetics but to preserve the underlying natural tooth as well.
The open margins at the gum line of the old crowns were decaying the tooth underneath. We restored the decay and using some gave the teeth equal height too. Don't the new crowns give the patient's smile more symmetry?
