VOIP Call Center Solution

E – 1 & Analog Based VOIP Gateway for telephone line connectivity. Incoming calls coming into VOIP Gateway and call will be transfer to an agent if the agent is busy or unanswered, the call it will be routed to 2nd agent. If the call unanswered from all the agents system will diverted the call to a predefine number. After dialing a predefine number caller will get a welcome voice announcement, if there is any selection caller can select otherwise call will be transfer to free agent.
