For the folks who still believe cold calls don’t work.

About 6 ish months ago, I cold called Satyajit Senapati Sir.
We started working together, and fast forward to yesterday, he was in Kolkata, so we met in person.

We spoke for almost 1.5 hrs.

And honestly, what stood out wasn’t work tactics or fancy frameworks.
It was his authentic approach.

We talked about work–life balance, how ambition doesn’t need to feel rushed, and the importance of clarity, simplicity, and consistency. That mindset felt very different from the usual noise around career coaching.

At one point, it genuinely felt like I was doing podcast with him.. haha : )
I’m glad he’s one of our clients.

But conversations like these remind you why cold calls — and real work — still matter.
