DealMatrix Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team! We are currently looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-Callers for our Domestic Banking & NBFC Collection Calling Process.

🔍 *Position*: Tele-Caller – Banking/NBFC Collections
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

🛠️ *Roles & Responsibilities*
As a Tele-Caller, you will be responsible for:
• Making and handling outbound collection calls to customers
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
• Providing accurate information and support related to loan accounts
• Following up on assigned leads and converting leads into EMI payments
• Explaining payment details clearly and convincing customers professionally
• Maintaining service quality as per organizational standards

🎯 *Candidate Requirements*
• To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent
• Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling/collections is mandatory
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi, English & Bengali (Native language)
• Strong confidence and persuasion skills
• Good verbal communication abilities
• Basic knowledge of computer operations
