The firm is started on 7th July 2006 and registered with the registrar of firms on 2nd Nov 2006. Firms plant is located at Plot no T-49/50 , Five Star M.I.D.C., Kagal. Dist : Kolhapur. Agreement of lease for the same has been made by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and the partners under the name of Mahalaxmi Textiles.
