One kit. One child. One small step back to normal.
When we shared our appeal for reusable items from home, many of you asked us:
“Can we sponsor something instead?”
Absolutely.
We are now opening another way to support the children affected by the floods in Assam.
A ₹244 kit provides one child with essential stationery needed to get back to learning.
You can choose the number of children you would like to support:
₹244 → 1 child
₹2,440 → 10 children
₹12,200 → 50 children
₹24,400 → 100 children
There is no big or small contribution here.
Choose the number of children you can reach.
Because sometimes, helping a child begin again starts with something as simple as a notebook, a pencil and the chance to learn.
Let’s put the tools to learn back into their hands.

Assam Flood Relief |
A collective effort by Asadeepam, Dil Se , Swaraksha and Pink Shield|
A little from us can mean a lot to a child |
Many of us have things at home that are still perfectly usable but simply no longer needed.
This time, let’s pass them on to children affected by the floods in Assam.
We welcome unused or gently kept items such as:
📚 Notebooks & stationery
✏️ Pencils, pens, erasers
📐 Geometry boxes & pencil boxes
🎨 Colours & sketch pens
🍱 Lunch boxes
💧 Water bottles
If you have any of these items that you can spare, please don’t let them sit unused at home. Let them become useful to a child who needs them.

ASSAM FLOOD RELIEF | LET’S STAND TOGETHER
Assam needs more than relief today—it needs a path back to normalcy.
We are collecting stationery, geometry boxes, pencil boxes, unused notebooks, colours, sketch pens, lunch boxes and water bottles to support children rebuilding their lives after the floods.
You can contribute by donating new items or unused items you can spare at our collection centres:
📍 Lubaina Kalari, Kochi
📍 Dil Se, Palarivattom
( Swipe to see addresses )
Every notebook, every pencil, every lunch box and every small contribution can help a child return to learning with dignity.
Together, let’s bring hope and dignity back to Assam.

Somewhere in Assam, families are returning home to rebuild what the floods have taken away.
Children are returning to lives without books, school supplies and the simple things that make childhood feel normal.
We in Kerala know what that feels like.
We have seen floods enter our homes, take away livelihoods, disrupt schools and leave families wondering how to begin again. We know that the waters may recede, but rebuilding takes much longer.
And perhaps that is why, when Assam called for help, we could not simply look away.
This time, no one organisation is standing alone.
Pink Shield, Swaraksha, Dil Se and Asadeepam are coming together through CONNECT — joining hands to stand with the people of Assam.
Pink Shield’s two-year connection with people on the ground brought that call for help to us. And when the call came, these organisations chose to answer it together.
Because compassion does not stop at a state border.
Because Kerala has always stood together.
Because we have been there. We know.
And because when children need a chance to begin again, we all have a part to play.
DIFFERENT NGOs. ONE PURPOSE. ONE COLLECTIVE HEART.
This time, Kerala stands with Assam. ❤️
