Celebrating the Spirit of Everyone and India’s Victory!🏆

Today, as the Indian Women’s Cricket Team lifts the World Cup, they lift the hearts of millions across our nation. Their victory is not just on the field — it is a triumph of determination, courage, teamwork, and dreams that once seemed far away.

At Anantmool, we see in them the reflection of every woman who dares to rise, nurture, and lead. From rural crèche caregivers to our fellows and Anantmool team— this win tells every one of them:

🌱 “You are powerful. You can dream. You can achieve.”

Let’s celebrate this moment not only as a sporting victory but as a symbol of what EVERYONE (irrespective of caste, class and gender) can achieve when they are supported, trusted, and given a chance to shine.

Congratulations, Team India!

You’ve inspired a generation — on and off the field.

💙💪

Where Every Childhood Finds a Gender-Free Flight
At Anantmool, we believe every child — regardless of gender — deserves the freedom to explore, learn, and grow without bias.
In 2022, we began with a bold question:
Can children learn in a space free from gender stereotypes?

Three years later, here’s what we’ve discovered:
2022
Pilot with 30 children (6–12 years)
Exploring gender-free learning environments
2023
Pilot with 50 children (4–8 years)
The earlier we start, the deeper the impact
2024
Anantmool Fellowship with 5 fellows and 135 children
Real-time work on breaking gender biases

Our biggest insight:
The earlier we intervene, the easier it is to break stereotypes. Older children face more difficulty in unlearning biases.

We were deeply inspired by:
The Gendered Brain by Gina Rippon – shows there is no biological difference between boys’ and girls’ brains.
Egalia Preschool (Sweden) – where children are free from gendered toys, colors, and pronouns, and taught to question roles.
But what about children under 3?
In India, there is no structured system to work with the 1–3 age group.

So in 2024, we launched our Crèche Program in Bihar in partnership with Azim Premji Foundation.
Our model is simple and long-term:
1–3 years: Crèche
3–6 years: Anganwadi
6–8 years: Early school years
A total of 7 years of continuous gender-free learning.

We are not just working with children.
We are reimagining how future adults see identity, responsibility, relationships, and work.

This is just the beginning.
