As a direct consequence, many commercial banks have raised their lending rates such as home loans, etc.
This intervention is having an impact on the real estate sector
directly by reducing the purchasing power of property buyers. The majority of buyers are now preferring (RTMI) ready-to-move-in properties in order to shorten the loan duration as EMIs will rise eventually and inventory with age more than 2+ years is likely to be consolidated, affecting builders financially.

Annual rate > 4% of House Value: Buy it
