• As per our company's policy, we would be charging amount equivalent to one month's rent in case of lease agreement for 1 to 3 years, amount equivalent to 1½ months rent in case of lease agreement for 5 years and amount equivalent to 2 months rent in case of lease agreement is for 10 year exclusive of service tax as our consultancy charges. And we would be charging an amount equivalent to 3% on out-right sale price exclusive of service tax as consultancy charges.
• You shall have ultimate powers to accept or reject any proposal, without assigning any reason. Our scope of services shall include the following;

A) To search for prospective clients through advertisements, sub-brokers etc. d) To follow legal advisor, government authorities and offices for obtaining legal
Document required for lease / sale agreement
• It is policy not to have any hidden dealings with the prospective Clients and we assure you that we will maintain utmost Transparency while dealing with you.
• That we undertake to work with high standard of integrity sincerity and morality. We assure you that we will not make any misleading representation or other commitments that may result into any dispute or difference between yourself and third party. We shall take all perceptional steps in order to avoid such a situation and will act in the best interest of your company.
