Zomato in talks to acquire UberEats

The online food delivery industry in India is set for a big change as Uber has reportedly entered advanced stages of talks to sell UberEat's India business to rival Zomato by the end of this year.

It's supposed to be a $500 million deal.

This deal will help zomato to acquire more market share and can get more investors coming to it.

As the financial report states that zomato is also facing huge loses in the FY2019, so will acquiring UberEat's will decrease there loses or will it increase there loses. What are your opinion on this.
