Bake Free

Made some donuts today. It's an no eggs, no yeast, no bake recipe and can be made in 10mins, seriously!

Do give it a try and spread some sweetness this quarantine. :)

Recipe-
Donuts:
1 1/4 cup maida
3tbsp powdered sugar
1tbsp normal temp butter
1pinch baking soda/meetha soda
1tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup room temp milk
Oil for frying

Method: Mix all ingredients, and then use milk as required to form a soft dough. Rest the dough for 5mins. Now roll it thick and cut into donut shape. Heat oil and fry the donuts at low heat. Once golden keep it aside to rest.

Sugar Glaze:
1tsp butter
1tbsp Sugar
Few drops of vanilla extract
1tsp Milk

Method: Mix all this over heat stirring continuously for 2 mins. Then dip donuts and done!

Because sometimes you need to celebrate happiness with the whole world..and damn its such a beautiful feeling.
