I opened LinkedIn today and did something unusual.

No agenda.
No posting plan.
Just endless scrolling through my feed!

Then my mouse scroller stopped at the 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

I usually skip it.
Today… I did not. 🥲

One person called me a 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿.
Another trusted me because I never cut corners in 𝗦𝗘𝗢.
Someone wrote that I value quality more than speed.
Someone said that I 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 when others only shout.

I stayed still for a moment. Because I could remember each phase behind those words. 😇

➡️ The discussions where I said no to shortcuts.
➡️ The times I asked clients to be patient when they wanted fast rankings.
➡️ The moments I chose long-term brand safety over short-term wins.

I remembered a business that came to me frustrated. They were burned by cheap SEO promises. Their website had lost trust. Their confidence was gone.

I rebuilt everything slowly.
- Clean structure.
- Real content.
- No manipulation.

A few months later, they started ranking again.
➡️ Page one visibility.
➡️ Inbound leads without paid ads.
... That one shift changed how they trusted 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Reading those recommendations now did not feel like praise. It felt like 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Here is a simple filter to select your niche:

➡️ Interest: Can you work on it for years without getting bored?
➡️ Market demand: Are businesses actively paying for this skill?
➡️ Profitability: Can this generate strong income long term?

If any of these three are missing - 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣, and it's time to reconsider!

Stop running fast in the wrong direction.

Clarity first.
Skill building next.
Authority after that.

Three years ago, I thought LinkedIn stopped working for me. 😪

My posts were getting impressions. People reacted. Some even said, “𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁.” But no real leads came.

That was the moment I realized something uncomfortable.

𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 was not the problem. My 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 was.

For a long time, I was posting about everything, such as marketing tips, random motivation, SEO, websites, client stories, tools, and trends, etc!

Nothing was wrong individually. Together, it created confusion. 😬

People saw content. But they did not see clarity. And 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 brings clients.

Most founders think LinkedIn fails because of:

I used to think the same.

And after that, I never looked back! 😎
