Prime Time English Tutorial

Hey everyone,

I went for a quiet walk today towards the south side of Birmingham — through a park, into the woods, down some unfamiliar paths — and it got me thinking. I wanted to share a Chinese proverb I really love:

“Traveling ten thousand miles is better than reading ten thousand books.”

This little journey reminded me that some lessons just can’t be learned from books. You have to go out, experience the world, meet people, and feel it for yourself.

Especially with language.
I used to learn languages just for exams. But now, I see them as keys — opening doors to different cultures, helping me connect with others more deeply, and even understand myself in new ways.

🌱 You can read a lot of books, but walking the world, speaking new languages, and connecting with people — that’s where the real growth happens.

Here’s to keeping our minds open, our feet moving, and our hearts ready for whatever (and whoever) we find along the way.
