The Rice Professionals, is an ISO certified Independent Rice Quality Inspection Agency based in Gurgaon, Haryana (India), founded with the aim to help rice buyers receive right quality of rice from their supplier from India.
We provide Rice Quality Inspection & Shipment Supervision ( Inspection, Analysis, Sampling, Supervision, Reporting & Certification of Basmati & Non-Basmati Rice) Services in Northern Region (Punjab, Haryana, Delhi & Uttar Pradesh) of India. During inspection, we ensure rice quality, bag weight & safety of the rice bags in transit. We perform inspections on site and provide our quality analysis, packing & loading monitoring report directly from the packing location.
All our reports are prepared in such a manner that you get a real-time picture/ video to take a wise decision even without being present on the site. We ensure quick and effective communication with rice buyers by keeping them updated about each process through WhatsApp/ IMO/ Viber/ Skype etc.

Products
As the name suggests quality inspection is all about checking the quality of the product. There are a lot of criteria for product quality inspection that we make sure are checked before we declare it is fit for packing. We inspect Cooking Analysis, Crop Age, Rice Purity, Admixture, Grain Length, Moisture, Broken, Whiteness, Damaged Discolor Grains, Red/ Black/ Green Grains and only validate the ones which meet all the criteria.
PACKING SUPERVISION
Many do not give packaging as much importance as requires because all the hard work which have been done to bring the rice to its commercial value is wasted if you have not given the amount of care and attention the packaging deserves. We closely inspect the packing materials strength, printing quality, bar-code, nutritional tags, bag net weight, sealing, stitching and overall handling to make sure packaging is perfect for the international market.
LOADING SUPERVISION
One must ensure and guarantee that the loading of the bags must be handled with care. We supervise loading to ensure rice bags are safely loaded and satisfactorily secured for transport. We check container fitness on various parameters such as cleanliness, dryness, free of odor & leak proof to ensure rice bags do not sustain damage in transit. After container’s fitness test, we supervise loading of the rice bags & tally bags count. Once bags are stuffed in the container, we get the container sealed & oversee the fumigation to keep away pests & foreign matters.
