At the same time, sparing no efforts to present the complexity of this potion of Gods that is considered a living being due to its amazing propensity to evolve continuously . Pe***ng the identity of distilled Spirits several notches higher like they truly deserve , the term Vapour signifies the fine cut that skilled distillers make during the distillation process in order to produce very high quality Spirits. To put it simply, Vapour is all about fine Whiskies, Vodkas, Rums, Gins, Brandies, Liqueurs et tous les autres, in a way the discerning few would like to know these. The life sustaining drink beyond any eulogy, water is the best drink known to man ever. Water also has a defining role to play in the constitution of alcoholic beverages– in that, its quality could make or mar a drink. Be it its utilization to break the alcohol to drinking strength or in the form of ice cubes for your drink, this often ‘taken for granted’ constituent of a drink is accorded due diligence at Colonel Joe.
🍶 What sake did we recently open, and how did it taste?
It was Kikuno Tsukasa Shinboshi Junmai Ginjo—a very special bottle, presented to me personally by brewery owner Ms Kiwako Yamada.
But a sake’s story is only half the experience.

A quarter-century after its first bottle, Sula Vineyards has come a long way—and its journey is closely intertw**ed with the evolution of India’s w**e culture. 🇮🇳🍇
We recently attended an intimate evening in Delhi celebrating Sula’s 25 years, with Founder & CEO Rajeev Samant and Delhi W**e Club’s Subhash Arora reflecting on the journey over a tasting of some of Sula’s finest w**es.
What caught our attention was not just the past, but what lies ahead—the continuing premiumisation of Sula’s portfolio, the emerging opportunity in dealcoholised w**es, and an ambitious expansion of its w**e-tourism footprint, including the new project at the former Chandon estate in Dindori. 🌿🥂
