Sometimes it really feels like there’s an invisible thread connecting ICY to the people who walk in.
A returning customer happy to see more options in her size, a Lumding client we recognised instantly because she was wearing an old ICY outfit, and another loyal client who saw almost 50 dresses before finally choosing the off-white one and smiling happily.
Little moments like these remind us why we love what we do.
