"कुछ पाने के लिए कुछ खोना पड़ता है।"

Until something happens in life that shakes us to the core, none of us truly knows what we are meant to do with our lives. We simply drift along without a clear purpose. This is the reality for most of us. However, it is only when such a pivotal event occurs that we begin to understand our future and what we should actually be doing.

With the help of astrology, a very simple a basic idea about planets and it's placement in our natal chart can reveal a lot about our life, we can actually discover when such a life-changing moment will arrive—a moment that reveals our true path and destination with clarity.

For instance, if someone has the Sun in the 8th house in their chart or in scorpio sign, conjunct with ketu, they often fail to take life seriously as long as they have their father's support. Life feels like a fairy tale—easy and comfortable, with everything seemingly provided—so one wonders what more could possibly be needed. Yet, you remain unaware that you are drifting through life aimlessly, lacking both the confidence and the courage to take initiative. You live in a state of constant fear, wondering what would happen if that support were gone—what if something were to happen to your father? What would become of you? Something—whether through natural or unnatural circumstances—occurs that separates you from your father, and when this happens, it shakes you to your very core. After all, none of us ever wants to lose anything; we tend to think that what we have is enough and are content with the comfort of the status quo. Yet, you do not realize that God is preparing you for a greater purpose. Everyone who has navigated such a situation has gone on to achieve great renown. This is because the Sun’s influence is to bring you fame and glory; it commands respect in society, guides you toward righteous actions, and transforms you into an inspiration—an exemplary figure—for everyone. You become the one who brings the greatest honor and distinction to your family lineage.

It is precisely when such things happen that you discover your true self, recognize your future path, and move forward. With this combination, whenever the Sun is involved, your profession or career path is often linked to your father's or grandfather's family. It frequently happens that you carry forward the same line of work they were engaged in—though you do so by adopting different methods, striking out on your own, and succeeding without external help. You go on to achieve great success.

It is true—separation is inevitable. If the Moon is in the 8th house, you may have to live away from your mother or leave home; alternatively, you might not be served food that meets your liking or standards within your own home—there are bound to be issues regarding food. You do not feel a sense of belonging in your own home. Even if you wish to leave, you may be unable to do so, perhaps out of fear. There are times when you have to leave home—or are forced out—because you are perceived as being emotionally weak. But believe me, once you step out, you face numerous hardships; you have neither ready cash nor a proper place to stay. Sometimes, it feels as though I haven't been able to do enough for my mother, and that brings a sense of guilt. Yet, at other times, it feels like no matter how much I do for her, she will always say or think the exact opposite. You simply have to move forward, placing your trust in the Divine. It is a "leap of faith" (associated with the 9th House). Once you make that decision, God truly steps in to guide you, appearing in one form or another. It requires immense hard work (associated with the 10th House)—toiling day and night without fatigue—and then, you begin to move forward. After that, nothing in life can stop your progress. You simply have to believe in yourself. God is preparing you so that you can do something with true understanding; you know what hunger and thirst are. You become a medium—alleviating the suffering of others, feeding the hungry, and helping those in need. You value the emotions of others; you understand what it feels like to be deprived of a mother's love and affection. You empathize deeply with the suffering of others and are able to help them.

If Venus is placed in your 8th house, in the sign of Scorpio, or in conjunction with Ketu (or in a Nakshatra ruled by Ketu), life will teach you the true value of money. You might come from a background of extreme poverty, having struggled even for basic necessities like food and shelter—perhaps wearing torn clothes or lacking the comfort of soft bedsheets. You might have looked at a poster of a glamorous woman or a luxury car and vowed to possess such things. It is precisely by going through these experiences that you are able to achieve something significant. A burning drive takes hold of you—a determination to earn vast wealth and enjoy a life of luxury—compelling you to work tirelessly, day and night. And indeed, you do succeed in achieving it all. You wish to provide everything for your family—your spouse, children, parents, and even extended relatives. When Venus is in this position, a person often goes out of their way to help their spouse's extended family as well. You take on the troubles and hardships of others as if they were your own; you are reminded of your own past—of the days when you had nothing—and feel strongly that no one else should have to go through that. Sometimes, one simply has to walk away from certain relationships; a husband and wife may have to part ways if the dynamic is such. Only then do you realize where things went wrong; we learn from what happened, and a lot of things become clear. That is what paves the way forward. The pieces begin to fall into place, one by one, and we gradually start moving ahead. Mind you, it is deeply depressing—but that is the reality. It is only when we go through this that we find a purpose for our lives. Otherwise, life was just dragging on—lifeless. Every day, lying alone in bed, turning away and pretending to sleep while secretly weeping; cursing oneself, everyone else, and even God. You know how incomplete life feels when there is no one to love you. That is why you become a bridge—understanding the pain of others and helping them.

If Mercury is placed in the 8th house or sign, or is associated with Ketu (or situated in a Ketu-ruled Nakshatra), you likely experienced a lack of many things during your childhood. You might have had to go to school carrying a worn-out, mended bag; perhaps you weren't bought a bicycle or allowed to play the games you wanted to. Furthermore, you may not have been able to pursue the studies you desired, regardless of the reason. Perhaps that is why, as an adult, you are determined not to let your own children face the same deprivations you experienced in your childhood.

Many of you might start crying after reading all this, but it is all true.

You know the saying, "कुछ पाने के लिए कुछ खोना पड़ता है।" In english "To gain something, you have to lose something"? That very principle is what elevates a person from the 8th house to the 10th house. And situated between these two is the 9th house—the realm of destiny, the divine, *Dharma* (righteousness), and one's own future.

Often, when you fail to heed nature's signals, nature confronts you with harsh circumstances—one after another—so that you might finally understand and step out of a life of mere comfort. Or, if you are entangled in relationships where you are unappreciated and constantly criticized—where you feel ground down—then eventually, you simply have to leave it all behind and move on. Because, come what may, if you are genuine, God is certainly with you. You will go very far. This is my firm belief, and I share this with you based on the life experiences of thousands of people.

The 8th house, the Scorpio sign, and the planet Ketu signify loss and death. You cannot receive anything new unless you let go of something first; we have to detach ourselves from certain things. Only then can we attain what is written in our destiny. However, there are many among us who do not wish to let go. They are afraid—worried about what might happen next—and lack faith in both themselves and the Divine.

This is a deeply personal matter, as it relates to the 8th house; consequently, many people may not be aware of the sacrifices you have made in your life. Regardless of the sacrifices made or the difficult situations you have overcome, the circumstances you find yourself in—both now and in the future—will be vastly better than your past.

It often happens that even after you have moved on, those people try to re-enter your life—seeking to control it once more or cause you unhappiness—and you might even find yourself getting drawn back in by emotional attachment. This is precisely where you are tested: to see if you have truly become strong, if you are capable of achieving something significant, and if you can genuinely break free from these relationships. As long as attachment or greed lingers in your mind, the testing will continue; such is the law of nature. A time will surely come when the arrival or departure of others no longer affects you. That is when you will realize you are truly on the right path. And that is the path to *Moksha* (liberation); the act of renunciation becomes effortless for you. You begin to look within, understand yourself better, and discover a sense of inner stability.

Often, you discover your true career path only after someone exits your life; this typically happens when Saturn is connected to the 8th house or the Scorpio sign, or is positioned with Ketu or within a Ketu-ruled *Nakshatra*. Influenced by the world around you, you frequently stray onto the wrong paths and face distress; the Divine then creates obstacles on those chosen paths to steer you back toward your true calling. Experiencing career-related depression is almost inevitable for such individuals, and there may even be a prolonged gap in their professional journey. You might become anxious about your situation, feeling worthless, unable to earn an income, or failing to support your family—becoming entangled in a web of confusion. Eventually, however, through some medium or another, you begin to move forward on the right path. This specific astrological combination is frequently observed in the charts of researchers and trendsetters.

When Jupiter is positioned in Scorpio or the 8th house, or is conjunct Ketu, or placed in a *Nakshatra* ruled by Ketu—or when Ketu itself is in Sagittarius or Pisces, or in the 9th or 12th house—you will attain true wisdom only when you find yourself in solitude. This often happens when your father or *Guru* moves away from you, or when you move away from them— Often, you may isolate yourself from everyone, or destiny may take you to a foreign land; it is frequently in a foreign country that you encounter the right *Guru* or gain true spiritual insight. If not in foreign country then somewhere far from your birth place.

But the main point is no matter wherever you go, you will actually find real wisdom in isolation and when you will look for all the answers within. Enlightenment will take place only when you make yourself better from inside, not from outside. You truly gain knowledge of the Vedas, Puranas, and Upanishads, and become a medium through which this knowledge can reach everyone.

I have also discovered in my life that one can attain true knowledge even while in prison. Until something happens in your life that shatters you from within, you don't take anything personally. It is only when such an event occurs that life changes; you begin to walk the right path, confront the truth, and become a better person.

Whenever such an event occurs in your life and you go through this process, your life becomes materially settled. It does not mean you simply start chasing after money; rather, a sense of stability takes root within you. You become fearless, as well as very positive and calm. The struggle does not end there; you are tested every single day, at every moment. The people who enter or remain in your life will constantly bring challenging situations your way. All of this happens so that the Divine may gauge your level of patience and determine whether you truly wish to advance on the path to *Moksha* (liberation). Many distractions will arise, and you must move forward one day at a time.

Another Feedback on Career Consultation 🙏

In June I told her: “By month end, you’ll have a job in Hyderabad or Kolkata."

she started working in Kolkata on 1st July 2026.

This work is not about me. It’s about clarity, timing, and divine guidance showing up when you trust it. If you’re feeling stuck, remember: your breakthrough has a date too. Keep faith.
