The "Pre-Research Workshop on Research Incubation and Advanced Training: Enhancing Academic Research in the Digital Era" successfully concluded at CEC, New Delhi, following a series of rigorous, expert-led sessions on its second day. Led by resource person Prof. (Dr.) Karunesh Saxena from Sangam University, the final day provided participants with comprehensive training in quantitative and mixed-method research methodologies, as well as critical strategies for academic writing, scholarly publishing, referencing refinement techniques, and research translation as per the session on Refining the Research (Quantitative). The day also featured a valuable interactive session between Prof. Parikshat Singh Manhas, Director of CEC, New Delhi, and Dr. Basheerhamad Shadrach, Director of COL-CEMCA, with the participants, fostering a meaningful dialogue on the future of Digital Education Research.
The workshop culminated in an interactive Revision and Incubation Studio Session, where participants presented and submitted their refined research revisions directly to the experts for evaluation. This practical session marked the successful conclusion of the two-day program, providing Researchers with advanced methodologies and practical insights to elevate their academic contributions in the field of Digital Education.

Online Outreach MOOCs Awareness Workshop

The Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), in collaboration with the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (COL-CEMCA), successfully commenced Day 1 of the Two-day Pre-Research Workshop titled "Research Incubation and Advanced Training: Enhancing Academic Research in the Digital Era" at CEC, New Delhi. Following an initial session on Idea generation and Research Formulation, the Two- Day workshop proceeded into its formal inaugural stage, establishing a collaborative and innovative foundation for the Two days ahead. The Inaugural ceremeony began with the welcome addresses of Prof. Parikshat Singh Manhas, Director of CEC, New Delhi, alongside Dr. Basheerhamad Shadrach, Director of COL-CEMCA. The program officially commenced with a comprehensive overview and opening remarks delivered by Ms. Sanya Bhardwaj, Content Writer, CEC.
The following sessions progressed toward practical implementation, starting with an interactive Research Proposal Pitch Session led by Dr. Ch. Peidu, Academic Coordinator (Research) at CEC and Dr. Parvinder Kour, Project Manager, CEC, which allowed participants to present the research problems, objectives, methodologies and expected outcomes of their respective proposals. The presentations were followed by the deliberations on developing conceptual and theoretical frameworks.
The final segment of the day shifted toward Refining Research Methodologies (Qualitative), and choosing the right technique for Research. This session specifically addressed qualitative sampling techniques and the integration of artificial intelligence and quality assurance within Digital Education Research. This closing session, facilitated by Dr. Mohd Mamur Ali of Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, and Dr. Parvinder Kour, highlighted the role of research for open, inclusive and technology-enabled education, hence concluding a highly productive opening day dedicated to advancing higher education research standards.

Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) in collaboration with Commonwealth of Learning (Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia), New Delhi is organising a *Two- Day workshop on Research Incubation and Advanced Training: Enhancing Academic Research in the Digital Era* from 15th to 16th July, 2026 at CEC, New Delhi. The workshop aims to enhance the quality, relevance, and impact of Digital Education research through expert mentoring and methodological improvement by sensitizing researchers to emerging paradigms and incubate innovative projects. This initiative seeks to establish collaborative, thematic research networks that seamlessly bridge universities and CEC Media Centres.

15वीं बोर्ड ऑफ मैनेजमेंट बैठक में गुणवत्तापूर्ण ई-कंटेंट, मूक पाठ्यक्रम और व्यास चैनल के लिए प्रोडक्शन बढ़ाने पर दिया जोर

देश में डिजिटल शिक्षा के तेजी से बढ़ते दायरे के बीच कंसोर्टियम फॉर एजुकेशनल कम्युनिकेशन (सीईसी) के निदेशक प्रो. परिक्षितसिंह मनहास ने जय नारायण व्यास विश्वविद्यालय के शैक्षिक मल्टीमीडिया अनुसंधान केंद्र (ईएमएमआरसी), जोधपुर को भविष्य की जरूरतों के अनुरूप डिजिटल शिक्षण सामग्री विकसित करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि ईएमएमआरसी को नवीन तकनीकों का अधिकतम उपयोग करते हुए विद्यार्थियों के लिए प्रभावी, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और उपयोगी डिजिटल कंटेंट तैयार करना होगा तथा मूक पाठ्यक्रमों और व्यास चौनल के लिए शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों के निर्माण में उल्लेखनीय गति लानी होगी। यह विचार उन्होंने शनिवार को ईएमएमआरसी की 15वीं बोर्ड ऑफ मैनेजमेंट (बॉम) बैठक में व्यक्त किए। बैठक की अध्यक्षता बोर्ड चेयरमैन एवं जेएनवीयू के कुलगुरु प्रो. पवन कुमार शर्मा ने की।

प्रो. मनहास ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन में डिजिटल शिक्षा की भूमिका लगातार बढ़ रही है। ऐसे में ईएमएमआरसी जैसे संस्थानों को केवल कंटेंट निर्माण तक सीमित नहीं रहकर शिक्षा को अधिक सुलभ, आकर्षक और तकनीक आधारित बनाने की दिशा में अग्रणी भूमिका निभानी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि गुणवत्तापूर्ण ई-कंटेंट और आधुनिक डिजिटल संसाधन ही भविष्य की उच्च शिक्षा की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता हैं।

बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कुलगुरु प्रो. पवन कुमार शर्मा ने कहा कि डिजिटल शिक्षा आज उच्च शिक्षा व्यवस्था का अभिन्न अंग बन चुकी है। उन्होंने कहा कि ईएमएमआरसी विद्यार्थियों तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा पहुंचाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है और समय की मांग के अनुरूप नवाचार, गुणवत्ता तथा समयबद्ध कार्य संस्कृति के साथ अपनी गतिविधियों का निरंतर विस्तार करना चाहिए।

बैठक में ईएमएमआरसी, जोधपुर द्वारा संचालित शैक्षणिक एवं तकनीकी गतिविधियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई तथा भविष्य की कार्ययोजना पर विस्तार से विचार-विमर्श हुआ। बोर्ड ने गुणवत्तापूर्ण डिजिटल कंटेंट, ई-लर्निंग संसाधनों तथा व्यास चौनल के लिए शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों के उत्पादन को और अधिक सुदृढ़ बनाने पर विशेष जोर दिया।

बैठक में उस्मानिया विश्वविद्यालय, हैदराबाद के कुलपति एवं बोर्ड सदस्य प्रो. कुमार मोलूगारम, सीईसी के अकाउंट्स हेड मुकेश प्रसाद, जेएनवीयू के कार्यवाहक कुलसचिव प्रो. रामसिंह आढ़ा तथा ईएमएमआरसी, जोधपुर के निदेशक एवं सदस्य सचिव प्रो. महीपालसिंह राठौड़ उपस्थित रहे। यूजीसी के डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी डॉ. निखिल कुमार वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से बैठक से जुड़े।

बैठक के प्रारंभ में ईएमएमआरसी के निदेशक एवं सदस्य सचिव प्रो. महीपालसिंह राठौड़ ने सभी अतिथियों का स्वागत किया तथा पिछली बोर्ड बैठक में लिए गए निर्णयों की अनुपालना, सेंटर की उपलब्धियों और आगामी योजनाओं का विस्तृत प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत किया।

पौधरोपण कर किया सेंटर का अवलोकन
बैठक में भाग लेने पहुंचे सीईसी निदेशक प्रो. परिक्षितसिंह मनहास ने कुलगुरु प्रो. पवन कुमार शर्मा, प्रो. कुमार मोलूगारम, मुकेश प्रसाद, प्रो. रामसिंह आढ़ा तथा प्रो. महीपालसिंह राठौड़ के साथ ईएमएमआरसी परिसर में पौधरोपण किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने सेंटर का विस्तृत अवलोकन किया तथा अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के साथ बैठक कर विभिन्न प्रोडक्शन इकाइयों की जानकारी ली। स्टाफ को संबोधित करते हुए प्रो. मनहास ने कहा कि वर्तमान शिक्षा व्यवस्था में डिजिटल माध्यमों की भूमिका लगातार बढ़ रही है। इसलिए ईएमएमआरसी को समय की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप अपनी गतिविधियों का विस्तार करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर उत्कृष्ट डिजिटल शैक्षणिक सामग्री के निर्माण में अग्रणी भूमिका निभानी चाहिए।
