Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) saw a man leave his camel without tying it.
He asked: "Why don't you tie your camel?" The man said: "I trust God."
Muhammad replied: "Tie your camel, then trust in God." So yes, Pray, but also use common sense.

Rasool Allah advised quarantining to contain a deadly outbreak. He said:
"If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it; if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place." (Sahih_Al-Bukhari_5728)

And a timely hadith in light of Covid-19

Pray, it causes miracles.
In this time, let us raise our hands in duaa, and beseech Allah almighty to protect us from harm and affliction, we pray that Allah almighty brings an end to this pandemic and restore peace and good health. Aameen. ❣️

These days this hadis and this page is being spread around WhatsApp and social media. Please get the facts right. The Prophet (pbuh) said:
“The Hajj and the Umrah pilgrimages will continue even after the emergence of Gog and Magog.”

Al-Shu’bah said, “The Hour will not be established until no one performs the Hajj.”

So this is the complete context. The stopping of Tawaf around kaabah is one of the LAST signs of the hour. Right now, imam mehdi is to come, dajjal is to come, Hazrat Esa (AS) is to come and then yajuj majuj and then beast of the earth etc.

May Almighty Allah bless the hajj pilgrims with good health, happiness, accept their hajj, forgive their sins, make them righteous and grant them success in this duniya and hereafter. "May he have mercy on us and gives us opportunity to go for Hajj."
