JITENDER TYAGI IS APPOINTED AS NEW DIRECTOR OF D.M.R.C.

New Delhi, Feb 1 (PTI) Jitendra Tyagi, a veteran civil engineer, was today appointed as Director (Works) of Delhi Metro in place of Mangu Singh who is the new chief of the organisation. Tyagi, who joined DMRC in 2004, has an experience of 29 years in the field of civil engineering and has worked with the Indian Railways. He replaces Singh as the new Director Works.
Tyagi will be incharge of the extension of the Airport Metro Express Line and Yamuna Vihar-Mukundpur Corridor of the Phase-III. He will also head the consultancy division of the organisation. Singh took over as Delhi Metro chief on December 31 last year after E Sreedharan retired.

METRO GOES HI-TECH - Mass spring system is here, no more Metro tremors for residents There have been complaints in the past from several parts of Delhi-NCR about the movement of trains causing tremors in their homes. These areas include Saket, Hauz Khas, Shahbad Mohammadpur, Mahipalpur, Gurgaon and Noida among others.

Free Transit will definitely become a chief hit in a city like Delhi as Roads in Delhi occupy 23% of its population.
And if just by utilizing some of your commuting time , you can get perks like an additional balance on your metro cards, recharge coupons, shopping based vouchers etc as per your choice then nothing can be as convenient as FREE TRANSIT. Making money was not as easy as now it is!!
