Immediate hiring of an Architect with experience of 2-3 years in interiors of commercial and residential projects with good knowledge of design details and materials. Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and posess basic knowledge of 3D rendering. The person should be good in spoken and written English and should be a graduate from a reputed A-category Architecture college. We prefer residents of Delhi who can commute easily within the city for site visits.

Our esteemed client with a keen interest in art and literature, requested us to develop their 2 level residence into a Duplex which could be a place of vibrance and allure. They wanted each space to be perceived differently in order to evoke a different feeling as one enters it. Since the client grew up reading Enid Blyton books, she wanted the two most personal spaces; The Kitchen and The Den to be transformed to that era, yet stay contemporary in its usability.
This project was all about innovation, experimentation with new materials and concepts and at the same time keeping the aesthetic value of the entire concept together leading to the Clients satisfied expression at the end.

The Mall is a commercial hub for the nearby upscale residential areas around Sahasdhara Road in Dehradun; with one-stop shopping experience, various F&B outlets, gaming zone for all age groups, food court, multiplex and multi level car parking with car-lifts.

Envisaged Concept: The Mall that shouldn't look like a Mall. It should be a state-of-the-art and not static art wherein as one enters, all the elements appear in motion. Each space should narrate a story different from the previous and yet be connected. The exteriors should stand out and yet blend into the milieu of Dehradun City.

The project has a total built-up area of 1,08,000 sqft
