ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་དུས་ཆེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་འདིར། ཆོས་གྲོགས་ཡོངས་ལ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཞུ།
བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འཁྲུངས་པ། མངོན་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་པ། མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་བཅས་དྲན་གསོའི་དུས་ཆེན་འདིར། ཚང་མས་བསོད་ནམས་བསགས་ཤིང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་དང་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་ནས། ཕན་ཚུན་མཐུན་པར་གནས་ཤིང་། ཞི་བདེ་དང་མཛའ་བརྩེའི་འཚོ་བ་སྐྱེལ་ཐུབ་པར་སྨོན།
སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསླབ་བྱ་རིན་པོ་ཆེར་བརྟེན་ནས། ཤེས་རབ་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་རང་གཞན་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་གྲོལ་ནས་བདེ་སྐྱིད་དང་ལྡན་པར་ཤོག།

On this sacred occasion of Saga Dawa, may we remember and rejoice in the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Lord Buddha. May we cultivate compassion, loving-kindness, and wisdom; live in harmony with one another; and remain grateful for the precious teachings of the Buddha. May all beings be free from suffering and enjoy lasting happiness and peace. Happy Saga Dawa. 🙏🏻🌸

Life has a quiet truth: one day, when you look back, you’ll realize that what felt wrong was actually necessary.
If life feels messy right now, if your heart feels heavy and nothing is going your way—don’t panic. This is the phase where you’re being shaped, not broken.
Failures, setbacks, pain… they’re not punishments, they’re training.
So keep going. Even on the hard days. Trust your effort. Stay patient.
One day you’ll look back and smile, saying,
“I’m glad I didn’t give up.”
