আমের টক ঝাল আচার বানালাম । এই রেসিপিটা আমার দিদার।যখন আচার টা বানাছিলাম তখন বার বার মনে হচ্ছিল দিদা যেনো পাশে থেকে আমাকে শিখিয়ে দিচ্ছিল। ছোটো বেলার অনকে স্মৃতি জড়িয়ে আছে এই আচারের সঙ্গে,পরে কখনো কোনো video তে share করবো।
