NOVOS is growing and we are looking for a content manager to be part of our mission - change the way hundreds of millions of gamers train!

NOVOS is a training platform for gamers who want to improve their skills and perform better. We construct personalized, scheduled training programs by using the best content and training methodologies used in sports.

What would you do in the day-to-day?

- Content team management - continuous work with our world-class content creators, organizing and prioritizing the team's tasks

- Continuous work with the Product and Development teams

- Create training content pieces (text, video, questionnaires or any other type of media that can help gamers improve)

- Track the game's meta and make sure our gamers get the best content

What are we looking for?

- A gamer with deep passion for gaming and esports

- Passion for Fortnite or experience (huge advantage)

- Native English language proficiency - everything is in English, even Game Time on Wednesdays

- Ability to manage remote teams, some members of the content department are scattered around the world

- Knowledge and experience in using editing tools - Photoshop, Premiere (advantage)
